* Bail Bond Hotline of Texas is looking for an applicant that we can train to become a Part-Time Bail Agent/Data Entry specialist.
Applicant will be on call Monday - Friday beginning at 5:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday in office 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
or whenever clients are finished & then on call.
The applicant will be trained to organize and coordinate our clients' needs and perform administrative duties.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Your duties and responsibilities include maintaining client relations, scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting clients and providing general administrative support to our employees and satellite offices.
Previous *experience* as a Data Entry specialist is a must.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
*Responsibilities*
* Serve as the point person for our Bail Agent/Data Entry Manager duties
* Keep all files updated and purged as needed
* Must be able to adequately handle busy phone system
* Organize office operations and procedures for the Data Entry position
* Provide general support to clients
*Skills*
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
*Bilingual in English & Spanish a must*
* *Applicant must type *_*50*_ *WPM*
* Proven *experience* as a Data Entry Manager.
Bail Agent duties will be taught and certified
* Knowledge of office responsibilities, systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
* Hands on experience with office machines (e.
g.
phone systems, fax machines and printers)
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
* High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
* Applicant must past a background check
* Self-motivated and must be confident in your Data Entry Managerial skills
