* Bail Bond Hotline of Texas is looking for an applicant that we can train to become a Part-Time Bail Agent/Data Entry specialist.
The applicant will be trained to organize and coordinate our clients' needs and perform administrative duties.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Your duties and responsibilities include maintaining client relations, greeting clients and providing general administrative support.
Previous *experience* as a Data Entry specialist is a must.
*Responsibilities* * Serve as the point person for our Bail Agent/Data Entry Manager duties * Keep all files updated and purged as needed * Must answer personal phone calls while on call * Provide general support to clients *Skills* * Excellent verbal communication skills.
*Bilingual in English & Spanish a must* * Proven *experience* as a Data Entry Manager.
Bail Agent duties will be taught and certified * Hands on experience with office machines (e.
g.
phone systems, fax machines and printers) * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment * A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements * High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus * Applicant must past a background check * Self-motivated and must be confident in your Data Entry Managerial skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.
