```Duties:```
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or assistance as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings or events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
