Property Manager needed (Kenedy)

Property manager needed for small apartment community located in Kenedy, TX.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Duties will include collecting and depositing rent, showing and leasing units, handling maintenance requests and maintenance of grounds.
Manager required to live on site and will be provided a 900sf 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment rent free and and utilities included.
