Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Data entry
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
Answer incoming phones calls
Coordinate, scan, and email daily paperwork
Process orders in specialized software programs -Sage 300X
Create Bills of Lading
Input PO’s and Sales orders
Good communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft office programs
