Position Summary: Responsible for the safe operations of cranes in various sizes from 110t-900t cranes.
This position will support the sales and office personnel with different assigned tasks.
Responsible for completing all required paperwork properly and within a timely manner.
All equipment assigned must be maintained in excellent condition and all needed repairs must be reported properly and in a timely manner.
This position will be based out of Longview, TX but travel is required.
Travel includes overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Objectives: Safely operate various size cranes.
Train riggers for future operator positions.
Establish good customer relationships.
Work with local dispatch.
Assist local sales staff with crane specific information.
Assist maintenance with crane or truck repairs.
Fill in for truck drivers as needed.
If applying for a CDL position.
Attend all training to maintain re-certifications.
Additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Must have 3-5 years experience in operating hydraulic and crawler cranes in the industry.
Must be able to properly size cranes and rigging for the assigned tasks and be able to evaluate lift plans for accuracy and safety.
Must hold a CDL license with a good driving record.
This position requires updated OSHA, MSHA and NCCCO training.
Must have NCCCO certification.
