GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring large mall
Golf cart patrols of property to deter vehicle break-ins and petty theft
Interior foot patrols - observing and reporting theft
Maintain visual and call police on the property for assistance
Assist customers with directions and other inquiries
Led a team of 4 Security Officers.
Walking patrol of a large shopping mall.
Patrolling all mall stores, parking areas, and behind stores to ensure vehicle break-ins and thefts are prevented.
Respond to emergency calls, and control scenes for Police, Fire, and EMS.
Assist with potential shoplifting cases with PD.
Walking long distances around buildings checking on vacant suites and riser rooms.
Report property damage of stores or rooms to the Client.
Handle schedules for Officers and call-offs.
Other duties as directed by Client
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Ability to obtain a non-commission security license
Ability to walk and stand for long periods
Ability to work outside of elements
Customer service and written communication skills
MUST be able to work holidays and weekends
A valid driver's license is required
Driving history must meet GardaWorld Security Services standards
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
