We are seeking full-time experienced Hydroblasting Supervisors
Job Responsibilities:
Supervisors must understand the job of the Operator & Technician.
Be able to communicate with customers & Site Managers.
Be able to run multiple crews when required.
Ensure safe operations of work
Lead, direct and manage team
Train and mentor employees.
Show proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck and Tank cleaning equipment.
Skills/Qualifications:
Active TWIC Card (required)
Hair follicle drug screen required
Refinery experience
4+ yrs hydroblasting experience preferred
2+yrs hydroblasting supervisor experience required
Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks.
If requested, working overtime, and responding to emergency callouts whenever they occur.
Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.
Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150ft.
Availability to work a variety of shifts when needed including nights, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate
Ability to work in a refinery with loud, hazardous conditions, potentially hazardous chemicals and industrial settings.
Working in various temperatures and outdoors in all
Previous waste handling experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
Strong safety focus.
Valid driver's license, clean MVR
Available to travel to different sites as needed
Physical fitness for lifting and carrying.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability in a fast-paced turnaround environment.
