RN/LVN Charge Nurse-FT, PT, & PRN All Shifts

Considerable knowledge of the care and treatment of residents and special procedures that apply to practical nursing.
Independently seek out resources and work collaboratively.
Communicate clearly with residents and family members accordingly to the nursing plan of care.
Use sensory and cognitive functions to process and prioritize information, treatment, and follow-up.
Use computers and learn new software programs.
Provide education with residents and family members (while in compliance with HIPAA).
Assists in Nursing Home codes and CPR as required.
Preform related duties as requested.
