SUMMARY Develops estimates in support of the plant’s portfolio of investment projects including capital and O&M projects.
The Estimator serves as the facilitator of inputs from a multitude of organizations including Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Information Technology, and Contract Craft personnel among others.
Strong facilitating skills are required to lead stakeholder teams through a structured process including development of project scope, schedule, and cost during the initial phase through implementation.
The Estimator will be required to review various documents including scopes of work, contracts, and schedules among others.
Identification of problems and recommendation of solutions is important to ensure accuracy of the portfolio.
Support of the annual Business Plan requires development of new projects as well as detailed reviews and updates of existing projects within the portfolio.
Estimator Associate - XXXX EDUCATION • Associates degree preferably in Construction Management, Business, or a technical field.
