Intent:
Leverage is seeking to fill the position of Estimator for the Gulf Coast region.
This position will require direct collaboration with operational management, supervision, and back-office administration.
The location where this job will reside will be in either Port Lavaca, TX or Corpus Christi, TX and the candidate must be local to one of these locations.
No remote work or telecommuting.
Description:
· The Estimator will be responsible for creating the initial cost build up for work request.
· The Estimator will be required to interface with different operational units to validate labor, equipment, materials, freight, and mobilization cost requirements to accurately capture cost.
· The Estimator will apply established rates to all elements of the request for preliminary review prior to submitting to the customer.
· The Estimator will be responsible for properly identifying cost, profit, and expected margins for each estimate.
· The Estimator will be required to draft the proposal to be sent to the client for approval by operational management.

· The Estimator will also perform tasks required to prepare complete jobs for billing and invoicing purposes.
· The Estimator will also assist when needed with procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies identified in the initial cost build up.
Requirements:
· Be able to review engineering drawings, prints, and customer documentation to properly identify scope and requirements.
· Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience working, either in a shop setting or field, with rotating equipment.
· Must be knowledgeable of inspections, repairs, rebuilds, and installations of various rotating equipment including, but not limited to pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, turbines, etc.
