Maintenance Worker

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
```Responsibilities``` - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Assist with the installation of new equipment or machinery - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations ```Experience``` - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Experience with supervising or leading a team is a plus - Knowledge of logic controllers is an asset If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, we encourage you to apply for this position.
