Junior Project Manager

*Junior Project Manager:* Local Industrial Construction Company looking for a project manager to fill two open positions.
Candidate must work closely with superintendents and foreman on tracking cost change orders/quantities installed/budget/manhours.
Responsibilities: · Offer support during the construction phase to ensure successful completion.
· Serve as the project lead, customer account lead, and oversee/manage construction efforts.
· Possess a comprehensive understanding of the key factors influencing a project's financial viability and means and methods of construction.
· Oversee the entire project lifecycle.
This includes conducting site due diligence, securing agreements and overseeing project execution.
· Manage project budgets, goals, timelines, and deliverables for assigned development projects.
Requirements: 4+ years of relevant work experience in Industrial Construction.
Demonstrate exceptional project management skills.
Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
