- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Mange TXDOT jobs
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled within approved limits
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents for road work & drainage.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or superintendent role
