About the Role:
The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day oversight of field crew operations, ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld, and that the budget is followed as planned.

You’ll spend 8-12 months on average per project, working a rotating schedule so you’ll have long weekends to relax in addition to standard Saturday & Sunday off.
We offer designated weekly subsistence in additional to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses and relocation assistance.
Essential Functions Responsible for the supervision, scheduling and coordination of all electrical solar field installation crews Responsible for training and development of field crew, foremen, and general foremen Build and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors, and other trades Coordinate production with mechanical or electrical and civil trades to ensure flow and productivity rates Work closely with foremen and field crews to ensure all installations meet quality standards Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet the project schedule and production rates Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures as well as safety program requirements Lead daily Stretch and Bend and associated safety talks Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards About You: Qualifications 15 years or more in the electrical trades, journeyman electrician level or high is desired 5 years or more in a lead role within the solar industry is required Journeyman certification or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree High school diploma or GED is required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to manage multiple field crews and projects Must be able to manage multiple field installation crews Must have experience in all aspects pile, tracker and module installation for utility scale solar construction Proficient in the development and implementation of company and contract procedures to include safety, compliance, and documentation of a project Thorough knowledge of reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and contract documents Proficiency with MS Project and MS Suite such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to travel and work at remote worksites is required Possess a strong work ethic, good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Medical, Basic Vision, Regenexx, Teledoc, Hearing, Mental Health (Low deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums) - Fifteen Dollar weekly premium for employee or employee plus family coverage.
