INVISTA has an immediate need for a I&E Craft Leader at our Victoria, TX facility.

We are seeking a dynamic and eager individual to lead an Instrument/ Electrical team.
The selected individual will possess strength in instrumentation and electrical, as well as have the ability to motivate the team to provide a quality product.
Come join an industry-leading team! The I/E Supervisor provides first line supervision that leads direct reports to meet and exceed plant objectives associated with Environmental/Health/Safety, Selection & Development, Manufacturing Reliability, Efficiency and Project Execution.

This position supports driving our PBM culture within the Operations and Maintenance organization with emphasis on achieving INVISTA's site vision and plant objectives.
What You Will Do Driving continuous improvement of the site's workflow process by application of Lean principles, leveraging team capabilities, and reliability strategies Manage maintenance activities in meeting or exceeding environmental, safety and health objectives that support risk profile reduction.
Experience communicating with all levels of the organization (i.
e.
, via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings) in a team environment.
Routinely audits work for safe behaviors, work quality and efficiency.
Conducts investigations as required and documents findings with action items.
Ensures I/E technicians receive training and development needed to support maintenance activities.
Ensures direct reports have a mutual understanding of expectations.
Provide timely feedback and performance management to ensure growth of entire E/I team.
Supports unit reliability objectives for quality, availability and production targets.
Works with engineering project resources to support successful expense and capital project implementation Monitors maintenance metrics and adjust to meet performance expectations.
Driving continuous improvement of the site's workflow process by application of Lean principles, leveraging team capabilities, and reliability strategies Assign craft resources after assessing the daily schedule/work loading with other supervisors, to support resource requirements throughout the facility.
Provides accurate and timely progress updates on managed work on a daily basis including contractor managed work in areas of responsibility.
Manages maintenance work execution during all of the phases of pre-TA activities, TA execution, and post TA activities.
Manages maintenance work for all Critical Reliability Events.
Driving disciplined application of the Incident Reporting, Investigation Process (Enablon), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Three (3) or more years" manufacturing related instrument/electrical experience in a supervisory position or military instrument/electrical experience in a lead position or equivalent contractor instrument/electrical experience in a supervisory position, OR an Associate degree in Instrumentation/Electrical and 5 years' experience in a manufacturing related instrument/electrical related role.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications Must be able to read and interpret P&IDs, loop sheets, equipment drawings, and electrical diagrams.
What Will Put You Ahead At least 3 years experience at a manufacturing site in instrument/electrical maintenance supervision.
Preferably in a chemical/refinery plant environment with PSM covered processes.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience with low (480V) and medium voltages (4160V) applications.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience on synchronous motors up to 5500hp Instrument/analyzer troubleshooting and repair experience various instruments including but not limited to level, pressure, flow, detectors, oxygen analyzers, pH meters, etc.
Quality systems knowledge with ISO 9000 Experience with DCS platform and advanced controls Experience with process analyzers.
